Happy New Year to you all! It's fair to say that 2022 has started out at quite a pace, and shows that the demand for properties in the area is still incredibly dynamic! (Is it time for a holiday again yet Phil?)

We've been very flattered to be invited to value many local properties in the last week, and the phone is red hot with buyers actively looking. Who can blame them, really? Living here is just brilliant.
