My brother and I recently sold Mum’s flat through Philip Booth Esq. This was the only independent estate agent that we approached (along with two of the larger ones). We instantly liked Phil and his colleagues and felt they were the best people to sell Mum’s flat (they had previously sold a properly close-by). Even though Mum’s property was probably one of the cheaper ones Phil was selling, we still felt that he and his colleagues had a genuine interest in selling it. It was nice dealing with a small number of people who knew us/the property and they were very organised, helpful and professional. We had a WhatsApp group that the whole team was part of and it meant that any queries were quickly dealt with. I would thoroughly recommend them.
